Stella’s Outdoor Lighting Academy Tent is currently at Explorer Scientific in Springdale, and we need it transported to Little Rock. If you are making a trip in this direction in the next few weeks, please contact me.
BTW, we also need more volunteers in various roles, including helping host the tent in events such as the upcoming Municipal League event in LR, January 14th – 16th, and the Home and Garden Show in LR, February 27th and 28th. A really exciting position would involve being the liaison with our Responsible Lighting Host business, helping them maximize their dark-sky asset. There might be some collateral benefits in developing relationships with those who own cabins, campgrounds, and lodges in the state’s most natural areas.
